We have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Manager with a background in HSEQ, Business Management Systems, Pre-Contracts, Project Startup and/or Business Improvements, to oversee the delivery of a proactive and best practice Supports Services team, setting a standard of excellence within the Decmil Group.
As the Support Services Manager your will provide value-add services throughout our project lifecycle, including the development of specific systems and best practice in the following functional areas:
- Health and Safety;
- Business Management System;
- Precontracts; and
- Project Start-up.
Whilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Minimum 10 years’ working in the construction industry, within a Support Services role or similar;
- Dedication and commitment to problem resolution and continuous improvement;
- The ability to think logically and creatively, in an ever-changing environment;
- High level of communication, written and interpersonal skills; and
- The ability to engaging and retaining high-quality staff to achieve high-performance levels.
