Some of your key responsibilities will be:
As a Senior Contract Administrator or Commercial Manager, you will ensure contracts are met within cost estimates and are administered to company standards. Additionally you will:
- Assist in the effective and profitable management of all contract information
- Draw up all subcontract and supplier documentation of a project of high complexity
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all project contract documentation including head contracts and subcontracts
- Assist the project team in the administration of contracts including procurement, budgets, progress claims, written documentation, and disputes
Who & what are we looking for?
- Tertiary Qualifications in Commercial Management, Commercial Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Previous experience in the building, resources or engineering industries.
- Experience with procurement, head contract claims, notices and variations.
- Experience with a Tier 1 or 2 Contractor is highly advantageous!
